Our staff is dedicated to the children in our care. Not only does staff get trained in pediatric CPR and first Aid, but they also receive extensive training in early childhood development including but not limited to fostering self-esteem, age appropriate activities and  safety and supervision. After our staff successfully completes thirty three hours of initial training to be a part of our crew, they complete twenty four hours of continued education each year to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and research based methods.
